whoa! that really sucks. Good that the guy that hit you stayed...my old contour was side-swiped and the person just left. No note, nothing. Had to file it on insurance under "un-insured motorist."
As far as your wheels if they're aftermarket I dont think they are covered unless you have them specified in your policy. I could be wrong though.
