Be careful, that is not a complete part number. That looks like the basic part number. To be a complete part number, it needs a prefix in front of it and a suffix behind it. Most prefix are 4 characters while the suffix can be one, two, and sometimes three characters.

In the Ford part numbering system, a 2B292 will always be a caliper bracket, but the prefix and suffix define further wheich application it fits. Most likely the there are two part numbers, one for each side.
