Oops, sorry. I haven't checked this forum in a few days . . . I swear I'm not ignoring you!
I'm pretty good at photoshop, I suppose. Computer art is my hobby. I'll take a stab at the paint job, and will post the results here.
Oh, and those rims are the real thing. I just took another picture, but you're right, it's almost the same angle. I still love the rims, anyway. I think one of the tires is out of balance, though. If I wasn't about to go on a trip to Greensboro, I would leave it until I replace them, but I suppose I should fix it before going several hundred miles. No big deal though.
That's cool that Ford did all that for only $225! I wish I had the same luck at Cape Fear as you do . . .

I tried to get them to do something about my paint (the dreaded clearcoat cracking

) but no go. Granted, I'm out of warrenty, but I was trying to get them to go under the corrosion one, since eventually it will cause rust. What pissed me off was that Greg, the service manager, took a look at the hood and said, this car's been repainted, and it wasn't done right. We suggested that it was done there, and he said, "No I can tell it wasn't done by us." Well, we went and talked to the previous owner, and she said that when they delivered the car, Cape Fear Ford scratched the hood and trunk. So before she took ownership, THEY repainted it. Unfortantly, the work isn't in her name because it wasn't hers yet, and Ford can't, or isn't willing, to show that they did it. So I guess I'm screwed to pay for a paint job. I think when the time comes I'll get Cape Fear Community College to do it, and just pay for supplies. Not the best solution, but the best I can afford.

I will give that paint job a shot though.
