It didn't take long at all to to the mesh grill. The top one is the most annoying to do, but not too hard. It probably took about 1 1/2 - 2 hours. The stuff is Gutter Guard, which I got from Lowe's. I think Home Depot is supposed to have it too. All you have to do is take it and wrap it over the existing grill. Then I attached it with the four bolts you can see in the picture on the top. I'va actually changed it a little since the pictures. The three bolts at the bottom annoyed the crap out me, so I took them out and used a staple gun for the bottom. Looks much better. I just shot the staples right in the bottom, going toward the top. Then you just trim the sides a little, leaving enough to wrap around the back so it'll stay on. A hammer helps to get it flush. Then just trim a little in the middle, just enough to get the ford logo back on (if you want it on, some people like it without it). Ask if you need any more clarification.
