Thanks to all for the information concerning performance and suspension mods this weekend while I attned the SEG event down at Road Atlanta smile

I had a great time hanging out and getting the chance to finally meet some of you guys from the forums.

Grady thanks for letting me crash at the Grady Motel.

Brinn, Wes, Blake, and Grady thanks for the install of the KKM (It would have taken me a while).

Blake thanks for the little copper thing for the throttle hang fix.

Wes try not to run any red lights anytime soon eek

Simon let us know when you get that charger up to full throttle laugh

Had a blast following John and Simon to and back from Road Atlanta. The car hadn't seen speeds of greater than 75-80 mph in sometime.

I guess that Wes never did try to take you out to the dock? That's good. He usually waits for the second date anyways wink

Thanks for the cook out Grady! Yummy food. Sorry we had to leave so quickly, didn't want to get back to Dan's house too late.

I was disappointed that more folks didn't show up for the drag racing or the Ferrari races themselves. The F50 was too cool. Only other time I'd seen one was under a car cover up there next to Road Atlanta (probably the same one even, since I think I heard someone say that one we saw was a 99).

Time to go look around the maxima.org forums for that GT-R wink

Hey guys. Glad everyone had a wonderful time. I know speaking for myself that it was great getting a break from the day in day out grind. Nothing that looking at Ferrari's wouldn't take care of.

Blake, didn't know you drove that fast! ;>

Jason, by the end of that TALL glass (well really cup) of wine I was well on my way to relaxing...

Simon, thanks for flippin' the burgers while I ran around like a chicken with its head cut off.

Wes, thanks for being a pain in the A$$.... ;> no, J/K

Dan, nothing like having an old guy there to keep us young folk in like... ;>

Perry, for bringing up the rear while everyone was doing 120 on the inter-state....little do they know about your 500hp turbo setup in the works!!!

Ken, nice to meet new people and enjoyed looking at the sexy women...I mean cars!

Brin, for putting up with my crazy self...that in itself is one heck of a challenge!

John, you came close to having me punk in your car....dude your konis and eibach setup works wonders.....my impression of john, hey watch this at 50 mph going side to side as fast as he can sling the wheel!!! ;>

Well guys, thanks for showing up and having fun!

Grady smile

I went on the Maxima site earlier today and a few of their members were at Road Atlanta. Supposedly that Black Nissan is a 95 with a supercharger. Go look under their Southeast group.

I saw that thread, but that was at the end of April when that car was sited. Second person saw it and posted on May 10. They say it had a Geocities and HKS sticker on the rear window, I don't remember seeing those. I think we woulda been able to hear the SC on that car anyways...

Actually, that's not the one...

GTRBlkMax97 is the one you're looking for.

All in all, a great weekend. I'll get started on a review in the coming days (or weeks).

That's what I thought too. I saw a post by him in another thread, and his mods sounded right, but his profile says he's from Knoxville. I thought only crazy SVT drivers made long drives to Road Atlanta to watch Ferrari races..

Speculating as to his name, Narcissus would be the first to come to mind...

...he really liked driving through that tunnel under 10a.
