Don't worry about it man. What pisses me off is when a good topic comes up and threads get locked cause of it.

I totally understand why we can't talk about it here and lots of other forums are the same. I think a lot of people are just tired of telling people that you can't talk about street racing over and over again. Don't sweat it.

Wa2fast,
It all good, just remember you aren't dealing with your ordinary group of car lovers. We are a little older, wiser, and, dull. Some do it some don't. When you talk about it in a public forum such as this you put Lance and anyone else involved at risk of being sued for condoning street racing. Street racing is stupid but I would be lying if I said I've never done it!

Street racing is fun and allot of us proabaly do it or have done it at some point in lifes. It also induces flaming and then you get the trolls comin in and they start to flame and it just plain wastes bandwidth. I see you have a stangnet profile you probably know what I am talkin about ala 10 page thread like cobra vs zo6. Focaljet also enforces this rule of no talk of street racing.

Yea, I hear ya, oh well... point well taken, I will watch what I say and how I say it a bit better from now on... just feel like since I don't live and breathe CEG (although I am on here quite often), I get crusified every time I make a slip up because I am so "stupid" for not knowing. Oh well. I really wish that topic would be open again though, becuase I really don't understand about that run on the track with that car.

jkf79indy, don't worry about it man, I realized shortly after, there is no point in getting riled up about any of this, waisted time and words, that's all. And no, it had nothing to do with you at all.

Andy, thanx for the insite... I agree, didn't realize that I was putting anyone at risk, sorry. I'm not as young as you think I am either though. :p

Dustyn, yup, agree completely. Yea, just I don't street drive my Mustang because it's not a street car, I hardly ever drive it on the street... so things like this never come up, mainly just hard-core tech stuff with all of that, less of the fun spirited stuff that you see on here.

I guess that line is a little finer than I thought. I haven't quite gotten the grasp yet... some topics and subjects look absolutely rediculous to me, but if that's the case, then I just leave it alone... I don't chew it up and spit it in their face. In the case of possibly getting someone in trouble, sorry about that, guess I was a bit out of line, but isn't there a nice way of dealing with this, or is everyone out to "be that guy".

Life is simple: Do whatever you want a long as you don't put other people in harms way.

Don't race on public streets.
