Micah, It's 3-4 hrs to Sunrise. Sunrise is essentially West Ft. Lauderdale. I think you may be able to rent from Alamo or Budget, I know I did back in 96' when I was 21. They add a surcharge because you are under 25. My nipples can't wait!!!
