To answer your question yes. as the sun goes down this area is open to alot of car theifs. No you do not have to worry about anything there is alot of parking accomidations plenty for us to park there and its well lit. as for gangs no there isnt any. jsut car theives .. the other morniing as i parked at work i saw a completetly stripped expedition parked along side the alley where my restaurant is. professional job!! but they forgot the hood struts which were mine untill the cops showed up to take it away.
