Noticed a blue Contour SE w/E0 wheels and SVT exhaust sitting off to the left just before the light at the I95 70A southbound exit (Palm Bay Road) as the wifey and I were returning home from DeLand yesterday afternoon. Looked like it was either out of gas or had broken down...
