In August I leave for law school and will be poor and living in the ghetto. My Mercedes will stick out like a soar thumb and will probably be broken into every night so I need a nice sleeper car. I was choosing between a Civic Si (please don't make fun of me for that) or an SVT Contour (since I love the Lightning so much!). Easy choice, the SVT Contour!

Here is what my car comes with...

-Mosselman Turbo System (uses a Garrett turbo, has hand made front mount intercooler, all professioanlly installed). Check out www.mosselmanturbo.com for more info (note I am running higher boost than what the company sends, and therefor making more power than their claims).

-HKS Super Sequential Blow Off Valve

-Custom mandrel bent 2.5 exhaust piping

-Catco high flow catalytic convertor

-Eisenmann exhaust

-AutoMeter Air/Fuel and Boost gauges

-Python alarm with keyless entry

-Cell phone with handless operation

-Custom powdercoated Carlsson 1/6 wheels, size 18"x8"

-Brand new Kumho Ecsta tires, 225/40 front, 235/40 rear

-Koni Sport Adjustable shocks

-H&R lowering springs

-#1 Spring pads

-Carlsson flat badge

-Avantegard Grill

-Professionally Tinted Windows

-Fire Extinguisher

-Mercedes 6 Disc CD Changer (in trunk)

Here are some pictures...

Please email me at dtmfan76@hotmail.com if interested.

School starts in August but I need to leave before hand to get settled in (its in Ohio frown ) so you may want to act fast. I live in St. Pete.

I have been getting requests for more pics of my car but I just drove my baby across country about two and a half months ago and i left my digi cam about 1,200 miles from here so sorry! no more pics. I will be getting a new digi cam next week though so I will post some pics then.

Though the pics above are very new (like a month old and taken at John's Pass) I have also found an older pic, taken last summer in Ohio...

PLEASE NOTE THE WHITE OZ WHEELS WERE SOLD OFF LONG AGO AND THAT THE CAR COMES WITH THE GREY CARLSSON WHEELS IN THE MORE RECENT PICTURE POSTED ABOVE

...I repeat, the white OZ Racing wheels were sold months ago and the car is now rolling on the Carlsson wheels pictured above (ironically, the Carlsson wheels are actually made by OZ Racing as well, as confirmed by their logo on the back of the wheel wink )

I'm not really interested in trading cars, but I was just wondering what kinda hp/tq #'s you're putting down and what you've run at the track. Again, just curious.

To answer more common emails questions...

-I have never had it dyno'd but I have beat an SVT Contour before so its faster than yours.

-never wrecked, clean title

-Insurance costs LESS than my Honda Prelude did

Also, if you want to act on this do it soon because soon I will put her on ebay and buy another just buy car instead (perhaps a 1999 Prelude). Think about it, no one gets anything for their used SVT Contours (just check out the change they go for on ebay). Its up to you.

Going, going, don't let it be gone!

Ok, faster than a speeding SVT by the looks, but what are your 0-60 or 1/4 mile times?

Faster than mine huh? You probably raced a bone stock SVT with an incompetant driver, so I highly doubt that "It's faster than mine". FYI I've seen bone stock SVT's turn 16 second 1/4's, so until you run your car, or dyno it, don't think that your **** doesn't stink there tough guy.
