Radical to me is when you start going beyond SVT parts....changing the MAF or messing with the secondaries, changing the injectors...S/C.....that kind of stuff.
As for your computer.......there is nothing, other than a chip, that will change the speed limiter.
You are stuck at 112 otherwise. Hey..you are still in HS.....you have the rest of your life to go over 112 mph.
