The right price is probably somewhere under 1/2 of the lowest trade allowance you've seen on those websites such as Kelly Blue Book or Edmunds.

Salvage titled cars are hard to get loans on, nearly impossible to get full coverage insurance, and very difficult to sell.

Ask the seller about these things, why he/she is selling and so forth.
