The FAA has its hand in every country's air space. Anywhere a US passenger can fly, they are regulating it, you just don't hear about it.

And FWIW, the Concord can only exceed the sound barrier over international waters and the majority of passenger planes are not designed to fly faster than sound, the structural design wouldn't allow it and it would shake appart.

Back to the original topic, I've done 110 in my zetec, but it died because of the fuel cut off. frown This was when I was testing the speedo for accuracy w/ my gps and that's what the gps was reading.
