What are you trying to do? just a straight 3.0 swap or the conversion with the 2.5 heads? SONNY's!!!!  I can't wait. all you can eat pork  sweetend ice tea, Fries, sweet BBQ sauce. man oh man. Quick question for you all. I have alot of stuff I have done to my car. if not stereo, engine if not engine, looks. Do I need a car alarm? am I safe to not get one? how many of you have them? just want to cover my bases. does insurnace cover break-in's on stereo or rims? How bad is insurance in florida? expensive or not? Thanks Micah

As for an alarm. In S.Fla....I recommend one with starter disable...so it can't be stolen. As for insurance....when I turned 25...with my car...and good coverage...I paid 1100 year.

I am moving down in the ealry summer and I need to find a place to live and a Job. I will be staying in orlando at the Best western resort when I come down. well the 2.5 heads vs 3.0 heads. hmmm.. depends what you want, do you want a car for N/A or a car that could be turboed or s/c or NOS? if you want a bad ass fast N/A car do the 3.0. With the 2.5 heads. best bang for the buck by far. That is what David Z, Brad Noon, Me, and others have done. you will be at higher compression which means more hp and torque. Now with the 3.0 heads and block you are taking the whole engine and droping it in. well look at the specs of the 3.0 by itself what is it. I think it is 200/200 hp,torque. so it would be a upgrade in torque if you have a svt but you if you have a regular tour, it would be a hp, and torque upgrade. so it really depends of you want to add more then just engine. if you want just engine. go with the 2.5 heads. if you want more go with the 3.0 heads.
