How much would shipping be for 4 tires if I were to go through Tirerack? Since im sticking with the stock size (205/60/15), im trying not to spend more than $70 a tire. Eric, Im not really worried about the price of the tires, just the convenience of being able to put on springs and then tires right after, which would allow me to avoid paying the price of two alignments (one in Sarasota or Ft. Meyers and then again in Melbourne after the H&Rs). Id rather do everything all at once. Ive narrowed my tire list down to 12  But thats gonna be posted in the Tire/Wheel forum for some help...

There are plenty of tire selection, as you can see, but I like the BFGoodrich Comp T/A HR4-2 BFGoodrich Touring T/A TR4

Jim, were you talking about "Discount Tire", as in Tires.com? Cause I was just offered a decent proposition by the parental units. If i actually get my a$$ in gear with these college apps, theyll definitely consider sporting the cost of some new wheels. Hmmm....a nice Enkei or Konig wheel and tire package comes to mind. I might only upgrade to 16s, but that would look hella better compared to the stock ones. Gtg, college apps are calling for me....

What kind of radar detector? I think we may be on to something. Chris why would you have to get your car aligned twice? If Chris is up to it I think it would be cool for the three of us to go together and whoever else we can round up.

If Chris is up to it I think it would be cool for the three of us to go together and whoever else we can round up. Im saying that if I buy tires here in Sarasota or down in Ft. Meyers like you suggested, its always best to get an alignment after all 4 tires are replaced. I dont want any annoying or damaging vibrations, etc. on the trip up. Then when I get the H&Rs put on at Neil's, it is recommended that the tires be aligned again to fix any changes in the "toe". So Id rather kill two birds in one stone by getting the springs put on at Neil's, drive somewhere close and buy new tires (and hopefully wheels :)), and then align the whole thing all at once. About the 3 of us going together....sounds like a plan. But of course I have this darn 115 mph speed limiter and bum tread
