Yes I told him about NECO. I worte down the web addresses for him. Alsk met another guy today with a cougar. Geez, they are everywhere. Too bad SVT's aren't.....This guy had a few mods (springs, rims and tires). I also told him about NECO. Both these cougars were spotted in MElbourne.
