Ever since I moved to Virginia, I've heard nothing but stories just like yours. They've certainly worked to put me in the habit of keeping a watchful eye on the speedo. Thankfully, I've managed to stay out of trouble (knocking on faux woodgrain), but it's good to know the system in case I ever end-up on the other side of the law.
