Good luck with Crystal Ford. For service Casandra is good to deal with. However, I've found that the rest of the dealership sucks (I still have the damage on my car to prove it).
I've switched to Century Ford in Rockville and had a much better overall experience so far. I think it's pretty much hit or miss with any Ford dealership around here though.
