I don't see why it wouldn't..... maybe you should try a Bassani X-pipe with cats and the FR500 catback as a "feasability study"....

Just found a post on the Corral of an 03 owner that added a K&N drop-in, removed the air silencer, and bolted on a Bassani X w/ cats and a Bassani catback. I think you'll be pleasently surprised be the dyno #'s....
