Well I have a feeling that they will allow my fiance and I to be considered "related" but of course that still means that I will have a hard time affording it with 2 other people there.

They tried to enact a similar "three unrelated" ordinance here in Muncie, but it was struck down because of all the college students in town. Made lots of landlords unhappy.
