Josh, I am checking the web site now. You said the tickets are $45 each is that for two days?? They have friday listed for $20 and saturday for $25...

Ant - No, I paid $45/ea for Sunday only. Prices are $35 general admission on Sunday for no pit pass, $45 with pit pass. I believe Friday is like $20, and Saturday is $30 or something like that...

I'll be there all three days on the SuperPass, along with my brother from Atlanta, bro-in-law from Phoenix, and college friend from Richmond.
We're in Section 24, Row AA, Seats 12-15 in case any of y'all are wandering up that way. Most of the DC-area SCCA will be sitting in that general area as well.

Looked better on TV than I expected, given where it was held. The last IMSA race I went to was at Summit Point a few years back, with Hans Stuck and Hurley Haywood in turbo Audis, and factory Mazdas and Cougars(!)...now that was racin' on a REAL track.
If I wanted to see a race in a parking lot, I could have gone over to Wal-Mart and watched the soccer moms fight for parking places in their SUV's.

Agreed. $45 and no seat? Stands were half empty!  Plus security was a joke - I saw 20+ people climbing through/over/under fences. Count me out for next year.
