It is quite easy for anyone that can solder to install, once you have Aussie's How To. I forget where it is, since I have a soft copy on my HD. Its also really easy to screw up and accidentally solder to the wrong wire if you are not careful (uh, yeah, me am smrt). Basically, any shop that can install a car alarm could do it, but since it entails hacking into the PCM harness I would be careful about who you pay to do it.
