We had a lexus for awhile and I can't say I was too impressed by their service. We did get a free loaner car, although it was actually a rental from enterprise rent-a-car. Routine maintaince took about 4 hours too, and wasn't too cheap.
The volvo has fared a little better. The dealer is closer and is better about quick in and quick out. We've also been bringing the car there for a good chunk of it's life so they know us pretty well, if only it wasn't so stinkin expensive
