Hey Everyone, Like the subject says, what's the best dyno numbers you've had on your cars (hp and tq @ rpms) and what are the fastest quarter mile times you've put down on the TRACK (no Gtech stuff). If possible for this info, please put date and weather conditions when this happened. I'm gonna put this stuff up on the board to make a sort of "leaderboard" for the Cap Ceg.

Have yet to get it dynoed. Fastest times were 14.97 and 14.94. Weather was in the high 80's I think. It was at Cecil County Dragway. I have a video of the 14.9 run but the camera man left so I didn't get film on the 14.94. I have pics of the timeslips as well.

Just had my car on a chasis dyno last saturday, 9 march. The best pull was 145.2 Ft Lbs Tq and 165 HP. The car is a 99 Contour SVT with a KN airfilter and subframe connectors. The best pull was done without the air filter on. With the air filter on torque was 146.4 and power 161 HP.
The chasis dyno was set up at ELD in Crofton, the owner said he wants to have the dyno there every two weeks. The next time it will be there should be 23 March. The number at ELD is 410-451-0202. The guys who have the dyno are Dynotune 410-866-2900. They charged $100 for three runs on the dyno which included fuel air read outs.

This might not come out pretty, but the first column is the rpm, 2nd is the hp, 3rd is the torque.. My max was 177hp and 156ft/lbs. This was a stock dyno run, with just a KKM.

Last time I dyno'ed, I was at 188.2hp/182.8 ft-lbs. Of course, I have solved a few problems since then (fuel, timing) so I pretend those numbers don't even exist. But they are the highest I have ever had recorded.

I need to pull my head out, forgot to add the RPM for the numbers I posted.
Peak power was 161 HP at 6700 RPM, peak torque was 146 at 3000 RPM. What was interesting to see that after a little dip in torque around 3500 RPM's the curve was flat, holding at 140 ft lbs all the way to 5500 RPM's.

Well if it was running and I were crazy, it's supposed to be able to do a 10.8, 10.9 in the 1/4 mile. Originally posted by Viss1: Hey Bob - what's the 1/4 mi. time for the Hurricane?
