The VA group is just the Red Headed step child of the CAP CEG. LOL!
I think if we get to granular in our groups it's going to be very hard to contact a large group of people in your area. I know because when I was advertising for AIS it sucked posting in the DC, MD, and VA sections on many of the boards!
