Here is the low-down on the show ... finally ! I just got an e-mail from the person in charge today .
On line registration - opens FEB 8th
price - before may 11th = $30 , after May 11th = $40
please register early so they have plenty of time to get us situated 
if we pre-register 25 vehicles , they will supply the tent . They like to have about 15 to 20 cars to establish a new class .The tent will be set up and ready for use starting Friday morning & they tear down the tent on sunday .
There was some other stuff in the e-mail about contact stuff (which I'll take care of) , but there's the main info we've been waiting for

Now we need everyone to pre-register right away & I can get it all straightened out way ahead of time
