Star is right about that. When I went about the crap with my MD license and all they had a guy that got pulled for 89. Judge said one more mile an hour he would have been in jail. Supposedly in Fairfax that will jail you one day for every mile over 90 you are going.

As a side note last weekend I almost got tossed. I left my wallet at Andy's shop and was already on 395 when I thought about it. Turned around and headed back all ticked. Went passed a VA State at just about a buck. Knew that I was getting yanked. He pulled out onto 495 and then back down the ramp. Talk about whew.
