Tony,
You are one lucky SOB.
Next time your out here, I will buy you a drink or two at the Car Pool.
I have good news for you as well. I got a real job again! It's a long bizzare story. It pays the same as I had when I worked for the dot com place, and it's my specialty, radio goods.
Im real happy for you.
As a tip, send the commander of the SPD troop a nice gram on paper. Stating how a trooper had treated you well. Gave you some good advice ect. Forget to mention what you had been stopped for.
sign it with your name. Stuff like that goes into his file and looks good at review and promotion time. It also gets read during line up.
I did that years ago with a speeding ticket. About 6 years later, I met that trooper in the Hempstead Court, and he remembered me and that letter. I got a note back from the commander of that SPD Troop saying how nice it was that someone said something nice about his cops.
I told you the story about when I got pulled over by the Herndon cops when I had the guns on. That caused a letter too, and a nice reply. Nice works.
Keep it safe
Jack Crow in VA.
