Kerry I?m not worried about the exclusivity of SVT getting watered down because they are only offered with a manual transmission (Lightning being the exception). That alone will keep the mainstream away because what American buys manuals these days? And besides, in my area if you want any kind of exclusivity, you buy anything foreign

it's too bad. i mean, it would be nice to have the cossie and RS, but at the expense of the whole SVT line-up? i hope not. personally, i don't care what happens to the SVT Focus. they could sell it at every dealer and f_ck it up completely, but as long as the "real" SVT lines like the Mustang and F150 stay true to their course, it's all good.
and besides, it's hard enough getting a certified SVT dealer to do the right job, imagine ALL the shops working on SVTs!! yikes!

What's funny is I've heard of almost every car at one point or another, but I never heard of CSVT until I bought my 'tour and got on here. Why didn't Ford push the CSVT, it's a great looking car.
