Sorry, but it was built in Missouri. At the Ford ClayCoMo plant.. Clay County, Missouri. Then why do the stickers say Kansas? Or does it say Kansas City? Now I have to go look at the sticker... either way, I'm pretty sure is says something about Kansas.

Just wondering. I thought about it. i was wondering if my tint was going to be darker under the flag if i take it off Your just asking for punishment for this post. I'm sorry that remembrance of those that lost their lives in such a horrible manner is less important than your precious tint job. No one asked you to put the newfound (read: trendy) symbol of patriotism on your car. Agreed.

I put it on shortly after Sept 11, and that decal (static clingy on inside of rear window) will be on the car when (if) it ever meets its final resting place in the crusher. BTW, I have a set of car flags that I fly on holidays (Memorial Day, July 4th, etc.) and I had them long before Sept 2001.

I put my flag on my car during the election debacle of 2000. Didn't see many of them around, then. It eventually aged and peeled off. Replaced it once to have it happen again.
I already had a flag in my house that I displayed around 4 July, so I guess I was fortunate to have it after 9/11, as well.
Sheep?
How do you know? I think after 9/11 a lot of folks realized what it was they had to be thankful for. Perhaps their patriotic display is genuine. You will never know.
Whether I display the flag or not, I wear it on my heart, and I defend anyone's right to worry about their tint fade after they remove a sticker.
Keep America Free.

I know this has nothing to od with tint, but, I agree with solefood 100%. After 9/11, suddenly everyone's a patriot. Within a week I was seeing infomercials on TV selling flags for $20 (no joke!). And it made me pretty angry. People driving around with American flags tied to their cars, I saw one kid with it hanging out the window of his car, and at a red light it would touch the ground!! Now, if these people were real patriots they would know that this is VERY disrespectful to the Flag and everything it stands for! There are various "rules" the most obvious are keeping it lit at night, displaying on the proper holidays, taking it in during the rain, etc. Main reason being to show respect for not only the flag but everything it stands for, all the people who have died for this country, treat it like you would treat any American. So yeah, when I drive down the street and I see dirty tattered flags hanging from cars or flapping out someone's bedroom window in a rain storm, it shows who was a real patriot before the tragedy, and who's just going with the flow....
