I tried searching but I couldn't find it. About 4-5 weeks ago, a CEG'er posted a lengthy description of his dealings with the Dispute Resolution Board. It all had to do with serious transmission issues with less than 10,000 miles on the car. IIRC the person who posted was from SoCal, so it is possible/plausible that this was his car.
