I wasn't sure either, so I did some searches on Ford's Intranet.
CuDL = "Customer Data Link"
MORS = "Master Owner Relations System"
I do not have familiarity or access to either of these systems, but from the pages that I can get to, it looks like the previous customer went to the "Dispute Resolution Board" for this vehicle.
Short answer: This vehicle MAY have been a lemon law buy-back. In any event, I would stay clear of it if you haven't already bought it.
