Turbo will run you between 3 and 4K. As far as the tach look around the boneyards for a cluster with a tach from a Contour or Mysitque. All your should have to do is take out you original and put the "new" one in with the tach. I have a SVT cluster in my Zetec Contour. Mine originally did not come with a tach.
