Do you know how to come down the B/W Parkway aka 295 instead of 95. Its a lot easier. Rt. 1 is so close to 95 where it connects with 495/Capitol Beltway that you to go the other direction and then come back. The B/W Parkway runs parrallel to 95 between Baltomore and Washington.
Off the Parkway, take the first exit for 95/495 North. Then the First and only exit for Baltimore Ave./ Rt.1 and make a left at the light at the end of the exit and the IHOP is on the right hand side right over the bridge.
