The few times I poke into the Off-Topic forum I always see atleast a half dozen threads (on the first page even) just wasting bandwidth and raising post counts.

(I.E.) TOPIC: "I reached 100 posts" and 101 replies saying "cool dude! heheh" :rolleyes:

I'm definitely up for killing off this forum if it helps tame down the bandwidth load...
