It's all about balance.

lance can I add another suggestion what you should also do it set it up so that the next time any member logs in that it will show them one time the new rules like about no street racing stories cause I see WAY too many in the Zetec section. and that section seems a little un ploiced.

I don't think it's ridiculous, it's just enforcing what should/should not be done on the site. If it's taking up bandwidth and just making people get an extra post, it's not really needed. I think we can do without it, and I don't believe it's a harsh rule. Just something that got out of hand that needs to stop.

Hey Lance,
I know that you are the creator and administrator for the board and there should be no doubt that I would adhere and support to your rules in exchange for the priveledge to use the CEG boards.
I want to make one suggestion. Obviously, it's up to you how you choose to set guidelines.
You recently asked for people to be nicer to each other and people have seemed to oblige. Granted, you put a warning in their about the revocation of privledges but the majority of positive feedback was to the "request" you were making, not the initiation of the revocation potential.
Maybe you should ask people to stop doing it before you enact a rule.
It seems that people on the board respect you immensely and would support that request.
All I'm saying is maybe a rule may not be needed until people ignore your request to change their habits.
Kharma is very real and she is one mean b!tch.

He did ask a couple weeks ago, and some have seemed to ignore the request!! So I guess he'll have to make it a rule to get it taken seriously!! Good going Lance!
