Intercooler lowers the temperature of an air charge by cooling it with outside air.
no, this idea wouldn't work because of the second law of thermodynamics. it's the same principle which makes perpetual machines impossible.
basically, rather converting engine power to heat removal then back, you'd be better off not running the A/C at all.
