from my understanding there is no way to adjust the parking brake. mine is pulling very high but I also have drum brakes. If you like try running the adjuster out on the parking brake so you can just get the brake pads in. That might take up some slack.
JoNNy V if the brake light flashes when you are driving aggressively it might mean you are low on brake fluid and it is tripping the warning light
