interesting. i'll be on the lookout. i have never dealt with Kurt, but Sue, his wife. she is always nice to me!
and the work gets done quickly and without fault.
i also have never brought it in for a "problem". i had them run a TSB/recall check, and an inspection.
but i brought the GL there for a couple jobs and they only messed up once. tightened the lug nuts on my wheels too tight. which would have been easily reconciled had i not clipped the driver's mirror off the car in the process. but that was my fault, not theirs.
i'm not trying to defend them. i owe them nothing, but they are the most competant service place within about 50 miles of me.
