I think your best bet is to talk with firends and co-workers from the area and figure out a few well recommended places and then go visit each one and make a decision from there.
If you are comfortable with them you may even want to contact you local dealer, they may do the work if you make some sort of agreement that becasue you are supplying the parts that they will not offer any warranty on the parts, but ask if they will warranty the workmanship.
