OP builder Member B Joined: Mar 2002 Posts: 40 Malden, MA	On I-84W the other night around 3am in the fast lane going about 90. cop pulls me over and says he can arrest me for reckless driving. well he didn't but rights me up at 85 and a nice $300 ticket. reckless??
