ITS A switch on the transmission.I think?My hatnes doesnt say where,but I do see where the wire colors are violet/white and violet/black.Meaning there are two wires going to the revese switch and they are the above colors.
Edit I found the switch!
Remove the air box,and mass air sensor.Its mounted to the top of the transaxle under the air cleaner.It has two bolts holding it on with amuliplug going to it.Its black.Seems realy simple to get to.and its a plug and play thing to do,unplug it,remove bolts,get new one,reinstall.If you need pics Ill try to get you some mon.PM ME!!ill forgot!
