I'll give ya a hand posting it if you want (there are some strict rules).

It's on the CEG classifieds & been in The WantAd twice (revised ad in today's issue). I haven't put it on Ebay 'cuz I don't have a digicam of my own and borrowing one is like pulling teeth! I'd like to get it into AutoTrader.com too. I hadn't really thought about the Cougar web site. Maybe I'll check it out...nothing to loose @ this point. If I get confused...which doesn't tke much...I'll take you up on the help offer...

my friend had a 89 F-150 with 168k.
another friend works for a construction company, they have a 92' F-350 with a 7.3L diesel with 325k miles.
I used to have a 95 F-150, I sold it in august of 2000 with 148k.
Guy I used to work for, his son has a 96 crown vic with 175k back in 1997, not sure how many miles are on it now but he still has it.
There's a guy that comes into where I work every once in a while, he is a courier, (travels around the country delivering parts and oter stuff for a living) he has a 96 contour with a V6 and MTX. The last time I spoke with him he had 240k with the original engine and transmission.
Fords will last, but only if you take car of them, just like anyting else.

My Mercury Grand Marquis has 112K, and is still luxurious. As long as I can leave well enough alone. BTW Elky, I had another fuel leak, but it wasn't the injectors, it was the fuel pressure regualtor. I must have used it as a pry point and bent the flange. I got a new one at Autozone last night. Just for everyone's info, I decided to swap out the perfectly good injectors and... well... lets just say the originals are back in after a minor rebuild (replaced seals) and she's running smooth and silent. She don't like 5.0 HO injectors!!!
Oh, and Kim's contour has 108K. Thanks baco!!!

mike, you and your prying!!! heheh i am just glad you didnt say it was an injector!! 'cuz i was ready to go up there and get medevil on the GM's arse!! at least it was a simple fix. oh yeah...getting back on topic... my 1963 Ford station had 110k when i bout it and over 120K when i sold it. and it still did 110MPH withthe original 221ci V8!!

My '95 GL ATX is holding up at about 97k, but, is going to the doctors this week.. a nagging problem has finally gotten worse, and it's time to get it checked out!!!
