I should go look and see if there are scrapes on my rotors. I had similar problems that went away with the new brake pads and rotors. I think it was the rust caused by moisture on the rotors.

My rotors do have quite a bit of rust on them. I think they were just trying to get some more money out of my with the brake thing. I don't drive that hard. I find it hard to believe the rear brakes would go after 32,000 miles.

I was just making an emergency stop on a hill, and pop they went. MFM fixed it "under warranty" (at 33K miles) but I suspect that's only to cover up something they did. I have no proof, however, so I really can't say much. Just be prepared for anything to happen over the 30K mile mark.  P.S. Millbury has two L's - named for all the old mills in my town.
