Thank god its still under factory warranty. So at 32,000 miles I am having the wheel bearing, and throttle body replaced.
They tried to get me to replace my rear brakes but I wasn't falling for it. Why would my rear brakes go before my front ones? The car stops on a dime. They said "We took the tires off to check the rear brakes and they are down to 3mm...we can replace them for $189.00". They were checking them because the car sometimes sticks after I take the e-brake off and try to go in reverse in the morning. There's a sound as if the brakes are stuck. Then it goes just fine.
In case you are curious the car is at Milbury Ford. I know a lot of you have had problems with them but they have always been good to me and my old Cougar. I bought the Cougar there.Mine's going into Bonnell on Monday for the right front wheel bearing too! Wish it would be under warranty...would save me about $200!
