After searching through the board, I "think" the silver shaft fits 98.5's - 2000 SVTs. I own a 98 SVT.
I ordered one for my friend's 99 SVT when I placed my order. I'll find out later this week if it'll fit when I attempt to install it. These silver shafts are like 1/2" shorter than the black factory piece.
The Cougar knob though, looks WAY better in person than in the pics. WAY better.
