ALRIGHT!!!!

Ok... next meet that's somewhere... out of town, I'll bring some of my gear and see what y'all think of it.

Pretty much all of the gear is made overseas- Japan and Taiwan being the leaders. The Japanese are more refined, but, the Taiwanese can take a beating. It's a breeze to import, and shipping is a lot cheaper than you'd think. My largest order from Hong Kong cost me $35 to ship, and it took about 4 days.

Currently I've got an M16 with an M203 grenade launcher, a beretta M9 (typical 9mm pistol), and a Heckler& Koch USP Tactical (for those that have played Metal Gear Solid, it's the same as the SOCOM, but, a smaller frame). Robin's even got a pistol of her own- a standard government Colt 1911 .45.

A few sights to check out- http://www.wargameclub.com/WGC_Shop/index.htm Wargamer's Club- an excellent retailer in Hong Kong, but, I'd recommend waiting til you get home to check out the site.

www.airsoftzone.com is a great forum to learn stuff on, as is www.airsoftplayers.com.

There's a field out in Tolland, MA that is used pretty frequently for skirmishes- people go nuts with this stuff. Full camo gear, military issue vests and equipment... expensive, but, damn is it fun!!
