You are 100% correct. 95 was the bastage year. The low point of Quad 4/Twin Cam engines. Nothing interchangeable and power levels down across the board.

95's suck!

They stopped putting V6's in the J-bodies in 94. Maybe you meant 88. Since 90-94 it had the 3.1L V-6 & before that the 2.8L POS.

3rd gen Z's (96-02) are the fastest. 2.4L DOHC "Twin Cam" engine.

Hey! I drive a 2.8L POS daily, and when paired with my 4 speed tranny I'll give any car a good run for thier money up to around 75-80.
