Alright...I know ive been gone for a while, but im back =P
anyways !!!!! I was on the Dodge.com website checking out stats and comparing Neons to Civic's haha ( don't ask ! ) but anyways... I came across SXT ?!?!?!? is this some cheap ripp-off of SVT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I mean they have like SXT Intrepids,Neons,SUVS, etc !!!

I think the SXT is just like the "good ole days" of dealer installed performance parts. I guess years ago in the ages of the "muscle car" You could buy a so called muscle car and actually purchase performance packages with the car that were installed at the dealer, this way the car could be insured as the car it was when it rolled out of the factory, but was infact a few steps from a race car.
Anyways, I'm not too clear on the details but I think thats what Chrysler is trying to do here, but I could be wrong.

The SXT is supposed to be an inexpensive package on the car that includes the nicer wheels and a CD player. Its all factory installed and the ads try to point out getting important options at a cheap price. No performance enhancements.

so you think r/t's are crap? i like them all ecept for the neon. the turbo neon looks cool and that thing is going to move too. i also like the r/t durango. those things are sick.
THIS CAR IS F***ING COOL!

yeah iirc 500/500 hp & torque. and i thought srt/sxt did give performance upgrades. i remember seeing a demo for them online and it being discussed.
