corey, unless they can prove that a mod you did had a direct effect on the damaged part, then the warrty is not void. and since this is a federal warranty i am sure wthey will replace them

there is a federal law that demands dealers to replace the cat. converter under warranty....
so a search on google.com for federal emission warranty or 'clean air act' and you will find MORE than enough info. on it.
